Synthetic Transaction URL Monitoring
STM provides continuous monitoring of a simulated transaction on your web site. It is best used in ecommerce enabled web sites. With this service, we record the typical set of steps a user would take to complete a transaction on your web site. These steps are simulated every 10 minutes. If the steps are not completed (an indication of a problem), our support staff is notified immediately and corrective action can be taken. This is especially useful if your web site uses third party services during the ordering process such as credit card processing or real time shipping calculation.
